The Parent Company specializes in civil and heavy construction, including the construction of bridges, roads, canals, drainage pipelines, sewerage pumping stations, drainage canals, and housing projects, along with water transmission, among others. YOGI CONSTRUCTION CO. has extensive knowledge of all stages of the heavy construction development process and has exhibited high growth.  Since its establishment in 1996, the Parent Company has continued to seek new development and has undertaken dozens of large-scale and heavy construction projects.

YOGI CONSTRUCTION CO. is a family-run business, 35% owned by Mr. Patel, 35% by Mr. Arvindbhai Patel, 15% by Mr. Shantibhai Patel, and 15% by Mrs. Ramilaben Patel. In 2021, the Parent Company’s total revenue was valued at INR 628,023,292.54, which is equivalent to USD 8,242,794.56.
